Pendletons are made of locally sourced wool from Oregon. Flannels are made from cotton. Although there are “Western Grade” Pendletons which are tailored in the style of a Western shirt, Pendleton makes all kinds of shirts in different classic styles.
But as for Pendletons (& just about everything else), some people like it & others don’t. Isn’t that what makes the world interesting?
